ABOUT US

Access Translations was established in Cork in 1986. It is 100% Irish owned
and is one of Ireland’s leading international translation agencies.

Our Story

Access Translations was established in 1986 by Cathy Goode, who is a professional member of both the Irish Translators’ & Interpreters’ Association Dublin and the Institute of Translation & Interpreting London, and was appointed Honorary Vice Consul of Spain in Cork in 2011.

For almost 40 years, Access Translations has built a solid reputation as a translation and interpreting service provider of the highest calibre to both public and private institutions. We provide around-the-clock language solutions to both Irish and global markets with translation and localisation services in over 150 languages, including minority dialects.

Our ISO 9001 accreditation is issued following a successful audit by the National Quality Association, ensuring our certification is recognised by all government official institutions in Ireland and abroad.

Our Translators & Interpreters

Our pool of translators and interpreters at Access Translations are the best in the business. We select only native speakers, who are subject to an exhaustive screening and testing procedure prior to joining our team.

Our work process involves treating every translation as a project which is carefully managed from start to finish, ensuring we meet your requirements and deadlines. We ensure that constant communication is maintained to assist the translators in every way possible throughout each stage.
